Good questions.
Can everyone be in different photos?
Yes. Add each person or pet separately, with one to three clear photos of each. Your page can include up to 5 people and 2 pets. Smaller groups usually give the best likeness.
What does one credit get me?
One credit makes one picture. Each change makes another picture and uses one more credit. If generation fails or is refused, the app refunds that credit automatically. AI can miss details, so allow a few tries to find your favourite.
What can I change?
Choose simple or detailed lines, portrait or landscape, and a scene. Then describe a change, such as “keep Grandma’s glasses” or “make the background simpler”. You can also add a better reference photo when revising.
Can I use photos of my children?
An adult must create the account and have permission to use every photo. Family scenes are welcome, but the image service can sometimes decline a request, including an ordinary family photo. A refused generation returns your credit.
What will I download?
A black-and-white PNG and a print-ready PDF, sized for Letter or A4 paper. Print a few copies for the family, or email your finished page from your gallery. No physical item is shipped.
What happens to my photos?
Your uploaded photos and finished pages are stored privately, with access checked through your account. Uploaded reference photos are automatically deleted in our daily cleanup once they are more than 30 days old. Finished pages stay until you delete your account. Reference photos are sent to Google’s Gemini service to create your page. You can delete your account, photos and pages from the privacy page. Read our privacy policy before uploading.
Is there tax on top?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, in Canadian dollars.
